He is not here asking help to get those stupid generic answers....
IDA decompiles the program into an x86 assembly format, if you look around areas where functions are referenced/called (the functions you want) you can copy what its calling and then create a function for it.
For example:
We then look for where "function" is being called (fat hint: it's a call instruction)
your address would therefore be "0x4123F0"
(right-click the image and go to "open in new tab" mpgh doesn't like showing wide images)
although this is only an example, most popular games have obfuscation in their important code, making it hard for rookie reverse engineers to be able to analyze it.
