Sound hacks

Is there any way I could alter that games sound file so that I can listen to my own music ran through the game instead of that games music files(this would eat less CPU then running somthing like windows media player while playing). And change the hit sounds/explosive noise to somthing along the lines of Yeah! or Dam I missed/Yeah I fraged em or dam that nade sux'd. If so could somone post the devices I would need to edit them here or maybe a tutorial link. Thanks.

yes just change the bgm files. like get your favorite song that is mp3 and rename it WAITINGROOM_LOOP or what ever you want to change. Then when you renamed it delete the original one

Ok a little more detail bud looking for more of a tutorialed response with what devices I use. and a step by step to making it work ty.

Ok gonna give it a try they way you explained it. see what I can do and maybe make some sound packs for people. Also do you know and good voice recorders I could use May use my voice and daughters for male/female hit/miss sounds.

lol yeah its very easy. but it be nice to just make in-game playing have no noise of guns and just hear pure songs that u like.
-such as making a whole list of them ;p

Is there another location for individual map songs or what? Anyone know?

I figured out how to do It This topic can be closed now i cant get the music pack to upload to the forums for the comunity to use i get security token error with zip and its to large to .rar and I even tried to do a offsite url still get errores then I tried doing each file individually still got an error now I am just waiting for the admin to reply to me

I requested this topic closed but there allways has to be some smart *beep that has something completely useless to say how did this post contribute to this help request? Exactly it didnt. Ok so the day you downloaded the game you knew you could edit the bgm file I knew I could too but didnt know what to use to do it. I work on coding not music crap I just got so tired of the dam ingame loop music I wanted to change it and asked the best way.

And since you are the all knowing that didnt help anyone here what files control the ingame sounds like rapid fire, reload, footsteps, Ingame speech phrases like covering fire! I'm on it? You dont know do you how about the static bases for the multi level pointers that show thier location on the server database if thats where thier stored. Maybe hiden somwhere in the rez files who knows this will take time to look into.

Whats really sad is you trying to get your posts up by posting crap like this in threads

No cause the music files for games are coded especially for that game
