Crossfire is down?
Umm i got disconnected and i tried getting back in and it said "Account blocked for 0 years 0 months 0 weeks 0 days and 0 hours? WTF

You also can got banned for 5 minutes, just relog that always happens to me.

It was a connection error, and happens quite often. Just remember to try to keep the background programs eating bandwidth to a minimum.
CF servers weren't down however you can always check this thread: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=687773 if you want to know whether a CF server is down before you post.
