Made this cause I was bored and Serge's is detected (for me at least).
Type in a phrase, type how fast you want it to spam, watch it go.
Works in-lobby and in-game.
Make sure to run as admin.
Home key to start, end key to end.
To whisper someone, just add /w *TheirName* to the start of the phrase you are gonna send, same as you would whisper normally.
