Did they make it global to all new accounts, or is it only for "flagged" domains ?

Every email verification requires a catchpa now, just tested it with my 2 year old account..
And still, I haven't receive my email verifications.
Now some mule makers wont really work unless you can make a program read catphas

Though Tesseract is pretty good, especially if you help it a bit.
