Don't you think I already did that? I'm at least that capable to read the instructions and try multiple times before posting that it doesn't work for me.
I deleted the /appcache while Steam was closed. Ran Steam, it updated and created new files in that folder. Closed Steam, patched the file with provided IDs for EU (since I'm using EU, right). Ran Steam, right clicked on GRP in Library, then on Downloadable Content, and it showed nothing there.
EDIT: OMGOMGOMGOGMOGM IT WORKED. I don't know how, but it worked. I updated the game to the newest patch and then tried again, and it worked. I can't believe it! Thank you!
EDIT 2: Okay, now I'm in the game and can't find the weapons or anything anywhere. It didn't prompt me anything also. Keep in mind that I use different emails for Steam and GRP. Do they have to be the same?
EDIT 3: Tried using different Steam account and the same GRP account, and it still doesn't work. Nothing prompts me if I want to apply the bundles to the account in game.
EDIT 4: Deleted /appcache folder again, made completely new Steam account and the correspondent GRP account with the same address, patched the filed, set it to read-only, ran Steam, verified the DLCs, ran the game, still the same problem - items don't show up, nor any prompts to apply bundles.
