Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream

Anyone ever have this stuff?

I love it.

And for anyone that says its the same thing as regular ice cream, depending on the flavors I've gotten, it tastes more natural and 'fresh' to me since its literally made right in front of you.

Nope. It looks interesting, can I purchase it somewhere? When I google'd it told me how to make it... I'm a lazy fuck.

Yeah because shit that plugs your arteries at fast food places is totally healthy. Compared to that it's good.

Well depending on how it's served, if done incorrectly and given to someone inexperienced, a simple mouthful of LN2 will evaporate into 25 litres of gas and rupture your stomach. Now normally people spit out stuff that is really cold but the danger of LN2 is that when it first comes into contact with something really warm like a mouth the reactions actually create an insulation layer around the liquid preventing it from feeling cold or even evaporating immediately.
