I want to know how to become a staff member, and what are the requirements.

To become staff, contribute, be active
Some requirements tend to be
3 months +
800 posts +

Asking how to become one will lower your chances, But all I can say is, You've got a LOOONG way to go.

Speaking from personal experience.

Troll and flame the fuck out of general for 2 days straight and you can get the CS position on this site. You get a special tag and a colored name. You also get avatar size modifications

1. Be rich and "donate" (bribery) to the community.
2. Become a sheep and suck Arun's testicles.
3. Contribute and become a trustworthy member.

Well i applied 4 times for the same position, then i ended up getting it because i strong-armed one of the current middleman

Well depending on which position you want, becoming a minion requires you to be active in the respective sections.

You gotta suck Dave's dick for long enough...
