I don't know why people in Sweden are complaining about the hospital food and the like, personally, I'd say it's above average. I don't know what they expected, but if they were expecting a five star restaurant then they are fucking stupid.

I've got nothing to compare with, is this alright for a smoker that rarely leaves the house as well as never working out.

That's pretty good, you should get a bike and enjoy your countryside though

When you've got nothing else to do, this was actually alright as a pastime.

Pretty damn good exercise if you ask me.

Trust me this is a great way to pass your time when you're bored. Better than drugs/video games anyways.

I need to start getting in shape as well, soccer season is soon to start.

Still waiting for the treadmill Oculus rift. I got marathons to run son, ain't no body got time for that.

And there's something wrong with that readout, you didn't run 40 KM in an hour, unless you're Moe.

I was unclear in the original post, it was on a bike, not on foot.
