Overwatch

How fast overwatch reacts to reports? Are new accounts getting overwatched faster than older ones? If I cheat in few games and get reported few times will it go to overwatch 100% if no cheating after that?

My mate got overwatched after 5 games in less than 4 hours. Is that normal or really bad luck + too blatant cheating?

Fastest I've gotten was a minute after I raged hacked lol
