After using the BF3 McDeliver v3.5 By me for ban ...in different servers automatically ban from 1200 minutes to 2 minutes. Please help me. money on new account no.

U are permanently banned. You have to buy it again. Theres no way around it.

Someone sell accounts with BF3 about 1-2$ with mailbox. You may also register new account and buy new one in Origin about 5$.

You can't buy the game again in origin for the same account since the PB ban is GUID ban (every game that includes PB not only battlefield 3 is now banned for you).
you need a new origin account.

If anyone is selling bf3 accounts will happily buy one or more
