Well, since Offgamers stopped selling UGCs, I need other trusted websites that I can buy UGCs from or a way to recharge for a game.
I have a paypal, however, it's not verified.
So please help me out.

Buy a prepaid visa card. Solved.

If it's cheap, I will pay for it for free. I've got a verified Paypal.

Prepaid visa is safer than the regular visa. I don't mind if they take 5$ fee every year.
