The thing is that most wallhacks, no smoke / flash work on they're own files they just make the materials look more transparent, CS:GO disabled for now any HUD, GUI or material that isn't made by Valve, so it's kinda notposible... I'm pretty sure there are some stuff out there but non any that I know.
