They are happening alot in my region, and it drives me nuts.

The top discussion in the post is pretty much summing up my view on this.

People push this as a gun control issue, when in reality it is a mental health issue.

And that's where you're wrong. We have hundreds if not thousands federal laws regarding gun control, and that's not including state level laws. The thing is, you can't. You can't control guns. Guns are so prolific in the United States that we 9 guns for every 10 people, roughly 270 million. If some sick fuck wants to get strapped, he doesn't need to look far.

Yeah I know that its not all to do with gun control, there are definitely other factors. Gun control in the united states is broken and does need to be fixed. You don't need to ban guns, in most places you just need to get a licence similar to driving.

Imagine what would happen when they get GTA V for PC, jeez!

Bro, our violent crime has been decreasing for the past few decades. However when media sensationalizes a shooter, 2 more will pop up. Media and mental health are the biggest issue here. Not guns. A gun is a piece of steel and polymer.
