Steam VAC
I was wondering if VAC actually scans your entire system for hacks? I read somewhere it scans your DNS and sends that information their servers? Can they ban your entire Steam Account once they've detected hacks in your computer?

I know only, you have hack for prefer game, you get ban on server hosting but for full steam you must play game without hostings servers..

afaik, you can only get VAC banned if you actually use a hack on a VAC protected game and the hack is detected
so simply having a hack on your computer should be safe

Iv'e only been banned for one account. IDK if it was just me or not.
