How To Fix msvcr120.dll Missing Error
So there have been many hacks/injectors that have required this file and no many people have downloaded it so here's a quick explanation of what you need to do. 
Where do I get MSVCR120.dll?
Download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=40784 there is a x86 and x64 version when you click " download ".
How do I know if I'm running a 32-bit or 64-bit OS?
Please follow the instructions for your OS. (These were taken from Microsoft Support)
Windows 8
1. Open the Windows 8 Control Panel.
2. Touch or click on System and Security within Control Panel.
3. With the System and Security window now open, click or touch System.
4. With the System applet now open, titled View basic information about your computer, find the System area, located under the large Windows 8 logo.
The System type will say either 64-bit Operating System or 32-bit Operating System.
Windows Vista/7
1. Click Start , type system in the Start Search box, and then click system in the Programs list.
2. When System Summary is selected in the navigation pane, the operating system is displayed as follows:
For a 64-bit version operating system: 64-bit Operating System appears for the System type under System.
For a 32-bit version operating system: 32-bit Operating System appears for the System type under System.
Windows XP
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type sysdm.cpl, and then click OK.
3. Click the General tab. The operating system is displayed as follows:
For a 64-bit version operating system: Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Version < Year> appears under System.
For a 32-bit version operating system: Windows XP Professional Version <Year> appears under System.
*Note* <Year> is a placeholder for a year.
Still doesn't work?
If the hack still says you're missing 120, go to your Core file in BF3 and copy and paste mscvr120.dll from your sys32 file, be sure there's a 120 in both files and don't just move it over.

i get the error msvcp.120.dll not R at the end? is missing not the one noted? should i inject before i hit play on orgin or before i hit pay on battlelog website? and which injector is recommended?

DLL error is a very common problem and it is predictable that more than 90% of computers are affected by the registry errors. As I am not the technical guy so I had to suffer a lot in order to fix any sort of PC error. Thankfully I found a post that helped me to fix the DLL error manually.
