If you wanna stick to NA, best ping will be around 180 mark cos WTFast doesn't work on CFNA
BUT
there is a method I have on my PC that will make your ping lower and more stable
However I am on my phone most of the time, when I'm on the laptop I'll PM it to you


If you wanna get like 130 ping
Download CFSea
Download WTFast
Set it up, change server to AUS 2
Press play game and you should have a low ping
