Trying to post a thread but get an error

I get the following error when I try to post a thread:
The problem is I don't have any links in the post. I was trying to post some source code in the VB section and I was using the CODE tags.

You might need more posts im not sure, you can't just type the source code down? or maybe a picture of it?

I think you need 20 posts to be able to post links
