Please i need help :(

I just made my 1st full frag video on youtube and i want to share it with you on MPGH.net but... when i try to post a link it tells me i dont have permission for posting outside links :/ while i see ppl on mpgh already posting links with high posts and likes or even low posts and likes so.. what's the problem? why can't i post a youtube link?
