Using Cheat Engine

Have any of you guys ever actually used Cheat Engine? Is it as bad as people say, because there's this game that can be hacked really nicely through CE.

I need CE 6.1, specifically, but all copies seem to be infected with viruses, so can anyone give me a link to a copy that is legit?

Nope, its not that bad. But abut the 6.1 I dunno, I use the latest one. To be honest, I dont use any at the moment.

Cheat Engine can not possibly be bad. Why? Because it's the lowest level of the basics of hacking. You look for a value, and you change it. Then it has mid-tier with hex editing and assembler. It does everything you need to hack a game. The only "bad" thing about it is that it can be detected quite easily in more popularized games. Other than that it's fine. And if you need a copy of CE go to the official website. They have an archived section as well so you can get any of the older copies.
