file doesn't fully download, stuck at 2.2mb?

I been playing fine this whole time (Apart from server crashes) but about 1 hour ago my game froze, so i waited 10 minutes didnt do anything, restarted my computer and didnt work, i can log in and out, see my characters and everything but when i try to enter the server it comes up saying connected in the corner but just shows a completely black screen.

Can anyone help me or what???

Blehh. Got on, managed to farm up an inventory full of defs, lagged out, relogged and came back to find that my char was back at level 1 with starter gear. :\
