HelpMinecraft 1.6.4 Force-Op PLUGIN

I would like to ask you guys if there is a plugin that is like disguised as a different plugin so that if you type in a specific command you will become an Operator/Admin/Staff/Whatever on a server without it showing up in the chat/console? I am playing Attack of the B-Team with my friend only on his private hamachi server and he is a mean person and wont give me OP as he doesn't trust me (wonder why). We were looking for a bukkit server for Attack of the B-Team but didn't find anything working so if you guys could link me to something like that it would be great. Back to the point. When I will find a bukkit server file, I would like to create the server folder with everything in it. Install some Essentials into the plugins and a plugin that would be like.. idk NoLag or something like that but it would have a hidden command (for example /forceop) that when executed, it would give the person operator but would not show up in the console/chat. I know I am making it all complicated and stuff but I can't explain it better. I saw a plugin like that somewhere on MPGH where some guy posted the code where you can just edit your username and it will give you OP on any server but I cannot find it anymore. *gasp* that is a lot of writing. I hope someone wont be lazy and read it all :P I really can't make it shorter. Anyway if someone could do that for me it would be GREAT!

ForceOP doesn''t work, half the shit people put in youtube they just pause the video and op themselves in game ._.
