Because C is not the best languages, there's no best languages. All of the languages are unique in their own way.
For example:
C++ has no GUI built into the language. But if usually alot faster than other languages. If you are programming in the "right" way.
C# has a easy to build GUI, but is a little slower. And it is decompilable, which means the source code cannot be protected in a good way and is open for anyone that downloads the program.
So what I suggest you to do @Random User69, Is go to Google. Search a little bit about programming and read about other peoples opinions.

I would start in batch, it is where I started and it gives you a good idea of coding. It is also very easy and understandable.
