Okay, I don't know if this is the wrong section, if it is, I apologize.

As of recent, my PC has been acting up
Something in the background is 'grabbing my PC's attention' causing my games to minimize, and webpages to be deselected`
In games(Borderless windowed) my mouse doesn't always register when I click it.
Bad keyboard lag while playing games. Usually 3 through 7 seconds

I am running the worst OS: Windows 8
If you need more info, please ask.
If anyone can offer any help, it would be much obliged.

Do full system virus scan.

Check suspicious processes in the background via taskmanager.

Do a full checkup on PC. Virus scan, malware, disk defrag, etc.

Get any free Virus scam program like a personal favorite of mine would be SuperAntiSpyware do a full scam and see whats up. If you still have a proplem i can show you some other methods to get rid of hard viruses

Glitches is best anyway

I ran a Custom scan with Malwarebytes, nothing changed.
I scanned every single folder excluding Steam, that would add 20 odd gigabytes to it, so I didn't scan it
In fact, now my clicking in game almost never works, however the 'attention grabbing' is a bit less common.

Don't really know how to help you here man, sounds really suspicious. I'd be worried. but that doesn't help..
