Dumb dumb xtrap error
Well I haven't been playing CF for too long ( like a year? ) and wanted to start again. I didn't uninstall it or anything so I just patched it today. It took a while but it was done. But whenever I try to start game xtrap's giving some error that I wasn't able to find an instance of by googling.

whats this ddraw.dll? I have found instances with kernel.dll but this one just seems to be a rare situation , or maybe not idk lol
Any help would be appreciated since I really miss CF and would love to get back in ASAP

Download the newest CrossFire version and try.
If that wont work let me know.

sigh..... ddraw.dll is an old detected way of injecting hacks, go into your crossfire folder and delete the file called ddraw.dll

go into the crossfire folder find ddraw and delete it. that hack file name was a old way to inject a hack

try and reinstall or somthing ?
