How to duplicate items in Day Z?

Hi folks, I'd like to ask, how can I dupe items in the Standalone version 0.46.124490?
I've seen some videos on youtube, but they are kinda outdated.. any actual tutorial?

1. take off your stuffs
2. knockout your friend to unconcious
3. go into his inventory
4. let him wake up and logout
5. put everything he has ON YOUR SELF.
6. wait for his character to disappear
7. let him log back in
8. you are done.

Why you need remove your own gears before starting is because you can't take of players their stuffs anymore except your own, but you can replace them with your own items or put them on you. This is for everything wether its a dead body or unconcious body or just items in backpack you always need to put it into your own inv you cannot just put it straight on the ground.
