Last month or so, I had sent in a support ticket to change my sec answer since I had forgotten it. I waited for a couple of days, and so then I checked my email. Z8 had sent their automated response saying that the info I entered were correct and whatnot. Another couple days later, I tried to go on the support center to view my ticket but then it kept saying "Invalid data provided: No Emails" so now I cant change my password or anything. Anyone know how to fix it so I can view my ticket, or more importantly have my email back on it? Many thanks.

I tried that, but now i only have 1 correct information, since the email was deleted (dont know the ip address or the creation date)
