MFSiNc has a repo that has literally everything you need to know about ILuaShared & ILuaInterface on it go find it and learn it (Remove IDX 1 though) or find shit posted by nanocat
LUA_SHARED->GetLuaInterface()->GetLuaState();
If you need any more hand holding you're hopeless
