Switched from Wireless to Wired
And it made a big difference, I don't know how this is even possible but my Speedtest results indicate that I somehow got over what my ISP says is my limit (30Mb/s).

Nothing's different apart from the DL speed which shouldn't even be that high. I'm confused but happy.

You changed servers. The first one is from Edinburgh's server other one is Glasgow's. That makes the difference
