they automatically are enabled

There is no toggle for the hacks. They're always on. However, unsynced servers seems to have a slight issue with some of the stuff

can you do that max stack is (for example) 100 or more? not just 25 ?

Is there any chance you can learn to edit the Tutorial file to where when you spawn in it, it will give you amazing guns than the default ones?
