How do you to design weapons for Alliance of Valiant Arms?

A wild AVA noob appeared!

So even though I stopped being a Minion there, AVA problems still seem to find me... Alright I'm just gonna put it out.

VISUALLY for like entering contests and stuff you need some photoshop programs. Photoshop usually works for this but since I'm a noob at that all I really know is Photoshop and Cinema 4D. Whatever

For in-game skins and stuff that stuff is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY hard. You first need to de-crypt the file, and they edit the skin with some program (Don't know the name). Secondly, you need to re-crypt it and test it out. 99% of the time to encryption is wrong which causes errors within the game. Even a perfectly made skin won't work in multiplayer. You will get an error every time you try to connect into the game.

So to sum things up...
