'Herobrine' book

Alright, this is an odd request, but it is more than worth it. If this is in the wrong section, I apologieze.

I saw book on a minecraft server, it was named 'Herobrine' and it was a book.
Upon opening this book, it would kill you, and if you tried to respawn, it would kill you again.
This is not admin abuse using serverside plugin because it was not created by an admin, and this was on a popular minecraft server(Mineverse I think)

I would really love getting this exploit, as this would be very good for trolling purposes

I don't know if it was a published book
/invsee and /ic can't retrieve it.
It can be made in survival.

Thanks in advance- Prometheois

EDIT: I realized this was in the wrong section! Please move this.

this will not work unless the server has a plugin for it
