Nordiii's Server Control - Clean basic src

Hi,
as my old source code was really like "omfg what is this shit" and this probably don't help anyone in any way, I decided to upload the basic src for my new one

Important!!!!!
This src is not the full hack! I just made the basics like creating the address for every player, and I wont upload the complet src because I only want to help people which have they problems but now at least something about programming

This Src contains:
Jorndel's MemoryWriter class a little bit modified by me

And in the main class it contains:
- main loop
- get all player addresses

//Working functions
- force host
- change lobby size
- name fake


This time I commented a lot more and hopefully this comments are more usefull too!
