you can use the APP patcher to give yourself DLC's and sell the equips from them to make money.

Unless the developers are dumb like from NFS: World where you can 'hack' your car slots. Then you can.
But unfortunately most of these sort of values are stored within server side.
You can try to manipulate it but its only read only.
Cannot use the value you altered (the cash).
If this does not make sense, then I believe you should stop asking about AC or cash hacks.
