Unturned server items spawn rate

i had server with 64 people on it and the items seems spawning to rarely.
can somebody make it ?

also it would be great if it be with "Unturned Multiplayer Player Limit Unlocker"

The item spawn rate should be able to be edited through the dll. Its really easy to spot, its actually called "SpawnRate" or something of that sort
