Looks very good, but with the R its kinda hard to notice well for me but pretty damn good c:
Since you need me to be brutal as hell, the lettering is very messy. Perhaps a clipping mask and eraser would help

This one, seems, it actually fits to be like this (blocky, glitchy, etc...) and the only thing I remove would be the mini white "ERA" text,
