If this works like the last, works as well in online multiplayer. You can look up the trainer for singleplayer which still currently works.

Saw some guy earlier on a server with unlimited health, so Im guessing this is gonna work in MP too.
All in all, the game is gonna turn into a shitfest once the majority gets ahold of the cheat

Yea I know you can cheat everything in singleplayer (points, bags, etc) and then come to a synced server with your cheated stats but when you try to do it in multiplayer it doesnt work. Only thing that works is infinite stamina.
