Game lagging ever singe I used the lick hack.
So.. My game have been working perfectly ever since I tried the "LICK hack" to Unturned. I have uninstalled everything regarding Unturned and the hack. I have recovered the computer to another day, still nothing working.

Verify Game Cache Files (GCF)

From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

Didn't work. Still having massive lag spikes .
