Patch 4.12: Bad patch or OP?

So I am going to jump right into it and say that jungle timers, in my opinion, is a bad idea. Riot is following the same road that blizzard is/has been going on with World of Warcraft (WOW). By this i mean making it super easy to play the game. Dont get me wrong you still need skill to play your champion and lane but there will be no more need to keep track of your own jungle. What i said seems controversial but whats the point in making the game easier if it will not require timing skill at all anymore. Some of use actually took the time to memorize the timers and mentally list their next respawns.

Lucian. Less range for more mobility/escape? This seems so OP but also so bad depending on the situation. His kit is super well rounded with a lot of strengths but no true weaknesses so in my own opinions I am heading more to the yay nerf side of the spectrum
