[2.1.3] Silent Update

To all Devs, there was a silent updated, please update everything to the current dll which could be found in your Managed Folder

Its called a silent update because there was no change logs (it was 1.8MB) and there was no sign of change in the version number.

I believe the update was to fix the teleporting kick bug shortly after the 2.1.3 update came out.

Doesnt matter what was added, it was a update and its throwing alot of people off.
