Is powercolor good or?

CPU : AMD FX-8350
RAM : DDR3 8GB 1866MHz Kingston HyperX Fury Black CL10
Having an question about this GPU, what to get the PowerColor brand or maybe the MSI edition?
GPU : AMD Radeon R9 PowerColor 280X 3GB DDR5
Power Supply : 750W Cooler Master G750M, RS-750-AMAAB1-EU

What you think about the specification?

Get 2 sticks of Ram, I hear that it's better, and also, I think that the Sapphire Toxic R is the best brand for the R9 280X, BTW, You can get the 770, It's better and only 34$ more expensive

I remember reading somewhere that the performance increase in dual/quad channels for RAM is negligible /
