Got it a dedicated server somehow

ok so i was fiddling through steam and in my tools section i have 71 mixes of dedicated servers for mw3 half life and half life deathmatch homefront oviously and i was just wondering are these actual servers i can play on

but why would steam put them on my account if i dont even play some of these games -_-
