Hello everyone i need to your help to my bad performance PC i dont want to see skill effect of other player is it possible ?

Locate this file.
\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\production_Config.ini
Find [DISPLAY]
Find texture_quality=
Change To texture_quality=4
For some reason the stupid GGG Dev Team does not allow you to set to low setting in GUI options. With this it will set to low.
1 = high
2 = medium
3 = low
4 = balls deep
Also limited the fps will help. That to you will have to research.
