Finding Memory Addresses

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has figured out how to get the addresses for common things like food, drink, stamina, etc. I've tried extensively with cheatengine and have found nothing. Looking through the code found a few things that could be it, but I have no way of checking.
Does anyone have the addresses for these, or knows how to get them?

Bump, I'd really like help with this in order to attempt to make a dll thats separate from the games dll that I can inject, that way updates dont break the hack :P
