Gmod13 Lava Exploit?

Ok, I joined a Eugeus DarkRP 24\7 Server and this one guy spawned moving lava material throughout the map. It does not kill anyone though, Does anyone know how to do this?

most likely an exploit with a tool e.g. rope

It's not with rope because it's moving like regular lava and flowing through the streets

Then that most likely wasn't an exploit it was coded in the server. Why didnt you include this in the op?

It was an exploit he did it on every server we joined

Big mass back door, probably hard coded into the latest gmod update. Only explanation that sounds remotely logical.

He told me it was through like a .net exploit or something like that
