Steam

I would like to know if its possible to have someone on Steam perma-banned. I was cheated on a trade and was hacked of my gifts and games along with total profile control. I already reported to Steam, but alas, as in real life, there is no justice. If it is not achievable, than can one ban a other through PunkBuster? I've been working on this for quite some time, but to no results. If it's not possible, I would have to hack into his IP and manifest a Trojan of the sort. Since I have done it before, it's a last resort.

Try using QuickBreak
i think its patched but doesnt work on my end you can steal accounts on that
