Game crashing

Hey guys

I have a problem, because of the new update 2.1.9 my game is keep crashing everytime i try to pickup something or wear it. I click on equip gun and here goes the crash..
I would really appreciate if someone could help me. I tried everything i could possibly do. Even put hacked assembly if the problem isnt in my original one.
So yeah i have no idea, if you know what to do about it i will lick you nostrils like a dog and thank you.

Same problem here, using Penta Hack and editor
EDIT: Penta Hack causes this error

Yep..i am feel so bad..is my fault , don't use penta hack standard anymore pls
