If you have never opened the game or deleted all inventory slots it will appear.

Each map has a slot in the game. Slot 1 is the main map and slot 2 is the arena map.

You need to select the slot 1 for your items appear, edit your items and after that save the inventory.

It works for normal items, but for weapons no.
