CCG Admin Ban
So basically I got banned from CCG after I apparently deleted some PBO's even though I didn't. Luckily, my friend had a account with arma 2 OA that he doesn't use, so I got new key. I change my IP and use darkys key changer and I'm still banned. I set permissions to deny set value so steam isn't changing it back. I used family sharing on a alt and it worked so I assume they now ban by steam id. If not, any suggestions?
I'm having the same problem in the thread posted just before this. I even checked the registry and it's the new key.
CCG are known to ban IP's no just GUID's. Therefore, you should consider getting a VPN to bypass the IP ban. Changing your key will change your GUID, subsequently unbaning you.
Depending on your Internet Provider, you can restart your router and you're IP may change.
I already did change my IP multiple times, and it still doesn't work. Like I said, on the same computer I made a new steam and enabled family sharing and it let me on the server. So I can go on it with my alt, but I can't with my main.
Make sure to delete your player profiles too in My Documents\ArmA 2 Other Profiles\

The 14 digit player UID shown in-game will be different if you change keys, but I believe the new BattlEye GUID is tied to your steam account now instead of CD-Key like the legacy BattlEye GUIDs were. Your new BE GUID will always be the same if you are playing on the same steam account. To get around that make a new steam account and activate your new key on it. Then you will have a new BattlEye GUID. You can confirm by typing " #beclient guid " in chat on any updated (1.63.125548) BE server.

Also keep in mind popular VPN services entire IP ranges are often banned since people abuse them to evade bans.
