Any Team Level hack ?

Hi,
I've tried all the available team-level hacks that promised of upgrading my teammate's rank, but even as host or not, they doesn't work

So is it possible to change teammate's rank ?

Na mate there isn't any, well that I'm aware. Pretty pointless comment but since no one else has.
